Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FixedHook (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of Service
FixedHook provides webhook ingress, event inspection, replay, and tunnel services. The Service gives users stable alias URLs, a CLI tunnel tool, a real-time event inspector, replay functionality, and shared debug links.
Accounts & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit malware, phishing content, or other harmful material; send excessive traffic intended to disrupt the Service; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or use the Service for any illegal purpose. Webhook event payloads transmitted through the Service must comply with all applicable laws.
Service Levels & Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. The Free plan is provided "as is" without service level commitments.
Data Handling
Webhook payloads are transmitted through the Service for the purpose of routing to your destination. Payloads are stored to enable inspection, replay, and sharing features. You retain all rights to your data. We do not use your event payloads for any purpose other than operating the Service. Data retention periods vary by plan and are documented on our pricing page.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixedHook and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plan users. The Free plan may be modified without notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
